It is a kind of natural pigment extracted from clover, nettle, and silk-worm. The mainingredients are chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, trisodium copper chlorophyllin cream. The bottle-green sticky color is soluble in water and all kinds of organic solvents. At pH 7.0 or above, it is green and stable 

Application: 

It can be used in the coloring of wine, beverage, juice drink, jam, jelly, candy, cakes, ice-cream, pastry, and puffed food.

Storage: protected from light and heat,stored in cool, dry and airproof place.
